Construction work is ongoing to replace the old footbridge to the reserve. An alternative route is available, but the Heron's Wing and Peter Scott hides will be closed until the work is complete. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Bing's Nature Explorers
Learn all about wetland nature and wildlife with a little help from Bing and his friends.
Become a Nature Explorer with Bing's Nature Explorers activity trail from Saturday 23 March until Sunday 2 June.
Enjoy a host of activities over May half term including storytelling, pond dipping and much more.
New experiences around every corner:
- Activity trails - Follow Bing’s Nature Explorers trail to discover fun-filled challenges and amazing wildlife facts. Be sure to pick up a map at the start and collect your sticker once you’ve completed the trail.
- Storytelling - Enjoy a Bing story with our learning team in an interactive storytelling session every weekend and school holiday. This activity runs twice a day and lasts around 15 minutes. Stories at 10am and 2:30pm in the soft play area.
- Flamingo Talk - Find out more about our fabulous flock of shocking pink flamingos in this special daily talk at 11am.
- Pond Dipping - 1pm - 2pm every day of the May half-term holidays (Carmarthenshire)
- Gifts and toys - Want to take the fun home with you? Visit our shop for a range of Bing gifts and toys.
