Join the Gosling gang at WWT Martin Mere
Every Thursday during term time, toddlers can join WWT Martin Mere’s new gosling gang.
Thursday is Toddler Thursdays at Martin Mere, and every week, toddlers will be able to get a special gosling gang badge, free bag of bird seed a stamp in their gosling passport. Every time they visit Martin Mere and wear their badge they can get another stamp culminating with a free gift every 6th time they visit.
Centre Manager, Andy Wooldridge, said: “Toddler Thursdays have been so popular at Martin Mere and we wanted to offer toddlers a little bit extra by making them feel a part of a group at the centre. They will be able to take part in a variety of activities and really enjoy exploring the centre”.
There will also be a range of activities at the centre including story time, duck hunts, toddler crafts and trails and a special offer in the cafe to obtain a free children’s hot meal with every adult hot meal bought.
WWT Martin Mere is open every day from 9.30am to 5.30pm and parking is free of charge. Situated off the A59, it is signposted from the M61, M58 and M6. The Centre is also accessible via the Southportto Manchesterand the Liverpoolto Prestonline by train from Burscough Rail Stations.
