WWT Consulting is the UK’s leading wetland consultancy, operated as a subsidiary business of the Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (WWT).
The consultancy was formed in 1989 at Slimbridge, Gloucestershire, UK, the headquarters of WWT, with the aim of commercially passing on WWT’s vast experience, built up since 1946, in wetland creation and management and engaging people with wildlife conservation.
All profits raised through the consultancy are gifted back to WWT to support its valuable conservation work.

Our client list is broad, working across the world with companies and organisations such as private individuals, charities, government departments and agencies. We provide our clients with a range of services, such as scientifically robust ecological surveys, advising on habitat design, building visitor centres, wetland treatment systems and sustainable drainage schemes.
