What is there for groups?
Castle Espie Wetland Centre can provide a memorable day out for groups of all ages and interests, from keen wildlife enthusiasts to groups just wanting a nice afternoon tea in pleasant surroundings.
There are beautiful walks around the reserve with good viewing facilities over Strangford Lough from the hides. Youth groups will be delighted by how close they can get to the ducks, geese and swans and all visitors will be entranced by the beauty and tranquillity of the reserve. Your group can browse in the Gift Shop for mementoes of their visit. They can also enjoy a meal or delicious home-made traybakes in the Coffee Shop at a discounted rate or make use of our picnic facilities. Guided tours can be tailored to your interests and requirements.
Group admission prices
The following discounted rates apply to groups of 12 or more paying visitors:
Adult: £5.15
Concession: £3.90 (over 65 years, full-time students, unemployed)
Child: £2.60 (4-16 years)

Accompanying adults are free in the ratio of 1:10(P5 – P7 and above) and 1:5 (P1 – P4 and below). Extra adults charged at current group rate.
