Visiting Welney with your class
We welcome self-led school visits and will provide identification charts, activity sheets and discovery trails as well as private use of the Pond Room and a reserved area in the observatory. Schools are also welcome to attend any of the daily swan feed sessions.
The cost per child for self-led visits is the normal group child admission rate of £2.65 rather than the previously advertised education rate of £3.50. Teachers and leaders are free in a ratio of 1:5 for Key Stage 1 and 1:10 for Key Stage 2 and above. Additional adults are £5 each.
