Welcome to our brand new super whooper website. Here at WWT, we are following a group of whooper swans on their travels from three of our centres (WWT Caerlaverock in Scotland, Martin Mere in Lancashire and Welney in Norfolk) to Iceland and back again. Through this website, you can follow the swans' progress, fly like a bird (link to that part of the site), and find out the height they fly at.
This is the place where your school can get involved. Nine schools have already played a huge role in helping build this website by picking the names of the chosen swans, and what fantastic names they are.

For updates on all nine of the swans, go to the swans page.
This is just the beginning of the project, and we want you to be a part of it! Over the coming months, there will be plenty of ways in which schools can get involved. To find out more, or if you have a story to tell about any of the whooper swans being tracked, or you have spotted one of them on their travels, please email your local learning manager.

Don't forget to tell your friends and teachers about the chance to fly like a bird. We will feature a selection of your comments, pictures and paintings on this page of the website. So, what are you waiting for...
