A day outside
I have spent the day helping the outside team today. They are still struggling since the cold weather and they have an amazing amount of work to do includinig catching up the birds that we are still treating for frost bite every two days for treatment. So today I decided to help the team out and WWT's vet came up to check the health of all of our birds since the cold weather.
All we can do is put plans in place for next year anticipating another cold December and January.
But in good news we did reach 1000 members on Twitter and I have a really pre-active meeting with Preseton North End Football Club yesterday as we intend to continue our schools partnership this year. PNE undertake workshops in school assemblies based on the environment and we are the official partner. A few things to do before we can get started but we will hopefully have a successful partnership thsi year.
