Budgets and meetings
Christmas is no time for me to relax, I have to get our budget forecast done for 2012 - 13 and I have a number of meetings with my manager and other directors. I had a busy two days last week with my manager going through so much at the centre. I do enjoy sitting down with him as it is a time for open discussion to talk about any concerns I have and I can get some great advice, but it is very tiring and I needed a couple of days at the weekend to relax.
I am off to Slimbridge on Thursday this week and I have a meeting with the WWT Training Manager today to discuss a full training programme for staff, so another busy week ahead.
