Today's sightings
Once again the reserve seems to be full of warblers with lots of Chiffchaff and Willow Warbler busily feeding in the hedgerows and willow beds. The warblers can often get mixed up in flocks of Long-tailed Tits so its worth checking any flocks you hear

Migration is definitely underway with the grounds full of lots of groups of feeding warblers. Check the hedgerows and scrub on the walk to Holden Tower for Chiffchaff, Willow Warbler, Whitethroat, Reed Warbler and Garden Warbler. South Lake Hide Redshan
