Green-winged Teal again

Green-winged Teal again with 2000+ Eurasian Teal from the Ron Barker Hide. Many more teal are present on the reserve. Plenty of Pink-footed Geese locally with around 5000 on the reserve mid morning. In with the Pink's were 30+ Barnacle Geese. A good rapto

Recent Sightings

Sightings from the 11th November have included: 307 Whooper Swans (some with cygnets) on Estuary. Kingfisher was seen on the Main Lake, along with 213 Mallard, 14 Tufted Ducks, 40 Greylag Geese, 1 Coot, 1 Shelduck, 1 Little Egret and 1 Heron. Slavonian G

A black redstart has been seen from the British Steel hide and two great white egrets have been seen on the estuary along with 120 curlew, 110 black tailed godwit, 265 pintail, 53 wigeon, 87 shelduck and 6 brent geese.
