WWT thanks players of People’s Postcode Lottery for over £4.8 Million of support for wetlands
Players of People’s Postcode Lottery have now raised over £4.8 million in support of WWT’s work since 2014. In 2022, WWT received an incredible £1 million thanks to funds raised by players, which was awarded by Postcode Planet Trust, one of 20 Postcode Trusts managed by People’s Postcode Lottery.

'Bluelight' for Eelscapes
We are pleased to announce that Eelscapes - restoring the Severn Vale’s wetland mosaics’ – has been awarded Defra funding to develop a landscape recovery scheme for the Severn Vale. The Wildfowl & Wetland Trust lead the project, with partners the Environment Agency, Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust and 14 land managers.
