A spring welcome at WWT Arundel for all visitors
With paved pathways, a wheelchair friendly boat safari and a variety of entry ticket discounts springtime at WWT Arundel Wetland Centre is accessible to all.
Changes to Admission Prices
WWT Admission prices did increase on April 1st and WWT has lowered the age for children's free admission to under 3s instead of under 4s. The good news is that we have also introduced some admission ticket savings for both WWT members and regular visitors.
Membership prices have been frozen for this year, 2025/26 meaning joining WWT has become even better value. Existing WWT Members can continue to bring under 4’s in for free until their membership is next due for renewal. When it comes time to renew your membership, talk with our friendly team at the admissions desk.
Discounted prices
For regular visitors, the best value tickets can be found by booking online in advance, up to midnight the day before your visit. Advance online booking gives you a 10% discount off WWT walk up prices in all categories. If you attempt to book online after midnight to visit the next day, the website will inform you that only walk up tickets are available.
WWT would like as many people as possible to enjoy a great day out, connect with nature and discover the superpowers of wetlands. We appreciate that our ticket prices are a barrier to some audiences and so we are offering these reduced-price tickets to help make our sites more accessible. People on Universal Credit can book these discounted tickets online to visit WWT Arundel up to midnight the day before they intend to visit. These tickets are online booking only. Visit our Tickets page here.
You can also save on ticket prices if you travel to us by train. Before you travel, download a National Rail Days Out 2-for-1 admission voucher for WWT Arundel Wetland Centre. Download and present the voucher and your train tickets at the admission desk the day of your visit to get 2 for 1 on walk up admission prices.
Are you a Boundless Member? Receive free and discounted admissions for your family when you prebook in advance with your Boundless card.
Accessible Arundel
Every day we learn from our visitors and strive to make WWT Arundel the best it can be. This include improving our accessibility to welcome all visitors. We have a new accessibility champion, Kelle Cooke, at the admissions desk. Stop by with any question for Kelle or call 01903 881530.
Arundel Wetland Centre has level walkways, step-free wildlife hides, wheelchair hire, accessible parking spaces and accessible toilets.
We use a raised pond for pond dipping activity to permit easy access. The Wetland Discovery Boat Safari is can take wheelchairs, up to two at once. In 2024 we introduced a Sensory Bag program for neurodiverse visitors and created a Visual Story Guide to assist people with pre-visit preparations. In 2023 WWT Arundel opened a Changing Places toilet that bolstered our existing accessible boat safari and flexible education programs.
This spring WWT Arundel was assessed by AccessAble who produced a detailed Access Guide for WWT Arundel. View and download the guide here - or view the guide via the link at the bottom of our Accessibility page. There is a seperate guide for the boat safari here.
WWT Arundel Wetland Centre has won awards for Accessible and Inclusive Tourism at the Beautiful South Tourism Awards in both 2023 and 2024.
