Easter holidays begin at Martin Mere
Starting this Saturday you can do the following fantastic activites at Martin Mere
This Easter you can get a close encounter with nature and discover treasures as you explore our telescope treasure trail, delve into ponds to find mini-beasts, construct a woodland den, explore the grounds to find ducklings, goslings, chicks and cygnets, and take to the water for a birds eye view of wildlife on a canoe or a guided boat. After all this action, you can enjoy a sit down whilst the children splash and dash in our new adventure play area: Rushes. You can climb, swing and balance as you play in water, have a go on our giant slide and fly across the zip wire.
New for Easter Sunday: Take part in our giant plastic duck hunt. Come along from 10.30am on Easter Sunday and find the hidden plastic ducks around our grounds. Each duck has a number and each number has a prize which can be anything from chocolate treats to soft toys and a meal in the cafe.
