First Bewick`s Swans

Bewick`s Swan

The first Bewicks Swan arrived this morning. Seven birds, a pair called Staunton and Sarascen with one juvenile and one yearling probably their youngster from last. Another adult called Humbug (arrived on the same date as last year) and two new adults. This is probably the group that have been at Chew for the last few days. So far they have been on the Rushy, in front of the Zeiss Hide and on the Long Ground Pool.
