Two Russian White-fronted Geese, 100+ Wigeon, 300+ Teal and 30 Curlew.

Knott Hide

Again parties of Redwing, Song Thrush and Blackbird feeding on the berries, a pair of Bullfinch, a single Mistle Thrush and a Cetti's Warbler.

South Lake

Early morning there was Spotted Redshank, 15 Redshank, 2 Snipe, 250+ Black-tailed Godwit, Green Sandpiper (Hogarth Hide). The usual gathering of Shoveler and Teal were on the scrape. The Great Crested Grebe had returned to the deep lake with a Little Grebe for company.

Zeiss Hide

A male Goshawk came in to attack the gathered birds, not surprisingly the 2 Ruff, Little Stint, Avocet, 60 Dunlin and 200 Teal were all flushed. Later in the morning the Spotted Redshank, 5 Little Stint, the godwit flock and 27 Redshank were present. Water Rail were vocal and aggressive towards each other in the reeds below, 5 Reed Bunting and a Cetti's Warbler were also seen.
