Garden Warbler
A Garden Warbler was seen along the community reedbed trail near the open barn this morning, also a male Blackcap by Kingfisher Hide. A group of 3 Yellow Wagtail were on the recently scraped out pool from UU Hide late morning.
A juvenile Mediterranean Gull was on the Mere again early afternoon.
A juvenile Little Grebe was on the Mere, also at least 2 from Harrier Hide plus a juvenile Great Crested Grebe and a single Little Egret.
A group of 5 Raven were around the reserve this afternoon.
At least 25 Ruff on site today along with a few Black-tailed Godwit and good numbers of Lapwing.
A juvenile Marsh Harrier was around in the afternoon, plus at least 2 Sparrowhawk, 2 Kestrel and 7+ Common Buzzard.
