At Caerlaverock, we have been working with local artist, Kirsty Harris, to bring the Glengoyne Hide to life.
At Caerlaverock, we have been working with local artist, Kirsty Harris, to bring the Glengoyne Hide to life. We were able to do this through the support of Glengoyne Whisky.
Over the summer, Kirsty consulted with visitors, volunteers, staff and other local people to see what they would like to see in this space. Her main focus was on reciprocity: if we give nature the gift of our attention, what do we receive in return?
