On Friday 14th October Slimbridge featured on the Channel 5 TV programme 'The Cotswolds & Beyond with Pam Ayres' at 8pm.
The series follows a journey around the part of Britain Pam Ayres calls home - The Cotswolds.
In this episode, wildlife cameraman, presenter and Strictly Come Dancing contestant, Hamza Yassin, visited Slimbridge to learn more about our wetland centre and the wildlife that lives here.
Slimbridge Reserve Manager, Dave Paynter, featured in the episode as he showed Hamza the breath-taking views from the Estuary Tower and told the success story of the common cranes.
