How to recruit new members
We are always trying to come up with new ways of recruiting members to WWT as we believe it is such fantastic value for money and our membership co-ordinator has come up with great idea - she is holding a special 'become a member' day out.
Basically we are asking people who have thought about membership to come along on Sunday 20 November for a special afternoon that includes a conservation talk, private swan talk, guided walk and refreshments, to learn more about Martin Mere and why becoming a member is such fantastic value. In addition, Ellie has been creating a short film with member testimonials and I am hoping that this will be on my diary next week for you to have a look at. We also have a meeting with our Head of Membership on Friday afternoon to brainstorm about membership so hopefully we can get some good ideas together that I will tell you about after the meeting.
