Dusty's Wildlife Rangers, Sun 1 July - Fri 31 August
This is your chance to become a Wildlife Ranger. There are lots of exciting challenges waiting for you, from bug hunting to bird-feeding. You’re sure to have a quacking time!
A great place to start your adventure is The Secret Swamp which is home to our brand new Ranger Camp. Take on our obstacle course in a race against time, plus we’ve got extra weekend activities like pond dipping, animal crafts and even a mini-beast safari.
Grab your free log book at reception and start your expedition at Castle Espie Wetland Centre.
Daily activities (self-guided):
Bug Hunt - Grab one of our Bug Hunt Spotter Sheets and see how many different creepy-crawlies you can find!
Feed the birds - Buy a 75p bag of grain from reception and let our exotic birds nibble straight from your hand!
Nature's Wonders - Nature is packed full of ingenious resources... if you know what to look for. Take our mini-test on how to make the most of amazing natural materials.
