The South Lake
Long-billed Dowitcher 1 This second summer bird is now in heavy moult and replacing all of its feathers. So it looks like it will be staying with us a while while it undergoes this big change. Do come and see it soon though as it's grey winter plumage will be comming through very soon. This bird seems very settled here showing well with our Godwit flock.
