Latest sightings

We are now open but you must book your visit online, please visit our website to book. Most of the hides are open apart from United utilities, Hale and Gladstone, there are one way systems in place and the hides have half the windows locked open and half the windows locked closed, alot of the benches have been removed and the surfaces are disinfected regularly.

The common tern chicks have hatched on the mere, lots of the black-headed gull chicks have fledged.

The cuckoo chick was seen at Gordon Taylor hide for at least 5 days hopefully it's survived the rain, amazing photo by Neil Fleming

The tree sparrows are just about to fledge by raines hide the nest boxes are very noisy!!!
