Meet Flick, our baby otter
Today is the last day that we are profiling our baby otters.
Today we are telling you about Flick.
The largest of the 3 cubs, she is already heavier than her father, and will throw her weight around! She is highly inquisitive and very playful and loves to play together with Belle and doesn’t mind roughhousing, but is equally happy playing with a crab claw or bit of shell. She has a dark coat like Thai, and a face like a cross between her parents in shape. She has the most pink on her nose of any of the cubs.
Named from the French name Félice, meaning ‘Lucky or Fortunate One’, because her and her sisters were born on Friday 13th.
