Recent sightings - 20th July
The following sightings were recorded by Toni Castello, Senior Reserve Warden
Main lake – visible from Sensory garden and Visitor centre
Tufted duck 11, Greylag 8 (+ 5 goslings), Coot 6, Herring gull 1.
Freshwater lagoon – visible from Brent Hide and Crannog
Tufted duck 3 (+ 1 duckling), Coot 4, Mute swan 2 ad. + 5 cygnets.
Estuary – visible from Brent hide and Limekiln observatory
Common seal: 4 adults + 1 pup!!, Curlew 40, Oystercatcher 105, Lesser Black-backed gull 5, Great cormorant 5.
