Recent Sightings
Sightings from the 9th February have included:
• Estuary – 200 Shelduck, 125 Brent, 125 Knot, 400 Dunlin, 8 Grey Plover, 170 Golden Plover, 5 Pintails, 5 Gadwall, 170 Black Tailed Godwits, 120 Bar Tailed Godwits,840 Oystercatchers, 30 Shoveler, 50 Wigeon, 210 Teal and 20 Eider.
• Main Lake – 25 Gadwall, 55 Tufted Ducks, 4 Pintails, 15 Oystercatchers, 75 Black Headed Gulls and 2 Cormorants.
• Wader Marsh – 14 Black Tailed Godwits, 1 Greenshank, 5 Redshanks, 6 Gadwalls and 1 Heron.
• Saline Lagoon – 27 Tufted, 3 Little Grebes, 2 Greenshanks and 1 Redshank.
• Chaffinches, Blackbirds, Great, Blue and Coal Tits can be seen at the feeders outside the shop and restaurant.
