A week-long celebration dedicated to spring and all things new at Slimbridge!
Slimbridge is preparing to greet lots of visitors for its brand new Spring to Life at Simbridge, a week-long celebration with lots of new events and activities.
Running throughout May Half Term from Saturday 27th May to Sunday 4th June, the whole centre is set to open its doors to welcome in the spring season.
Gary Haseley-Nejrup from Slimbridge Wetland Centre said:
“Spring has sprung at Slimbridge Wetland Centre, with our Duckery teeming with new life, a newly created outdoor Spring to Life outdoor trail, lots of specially created new animal exhibits and so much more!”
As well as the behind the scenes VIP Duckery Experiences, you can head out into the heart of the wild Slimbridge reserve with Land Rover Safaris hosted by the experienced reserve team, always on the look-out for wildlife finds along the way! You can even take the Spring To Life outdoor trail on foot and spot signs of new life or take part in an amphibian talk and find out all about frogs, toads, salamanders.
