Thursday (quick) update
A very quick update on today's sightings - more details tomorrow.
Firstly, an unusual looking heron suggested (on a "flight only" view) to the observers the possibility of a Purple Heron. Keep your eyes open !
Today's sightings include;
Woodend Marsh - 2 male Garganey, 1 Little Gull, 2 Mediterranean Gulls, 2 Common Terns, 3 Wood Sandpipers and a White Wagtail.
Sunley's - 24 Whimbrel, 2 Mediterranean Gulls and at least 1 male Garganey.
Finally, Cuckoo seen and heard from the Canoe Safari
