Volunteer Day is May 26 at WWT Arundel Wetland Centre
WWT Arundel Wetland Centre is holding a Volunteer Day on May 26 to showcase the wide variety of volunteer positions available at the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust reserve. “Arundel Wetland Centre is a charity and we rely on the generous support of volunteers” said Centre Manager Olivia Iles “Volunteers assist staff in nearly every department so there is a wide range of opportunities available.”
On May 26, from 11am until 2pm, members of staff and current volunteers at WWT Arundel Wetland Centre will be available to chat with visitors. Opportunities to volunteer at the centre include becoming a wildlife ‘Guide in the Hide’, helping to maintain the reserve grounds, providing office support or getting creative with the Education team. WWT Arundel Wetland Centre welcomes volunteers who are able to commit full-time, part-time or on a casual basis.
