Saline Lagoon:
Spoonbill 1 - first on site in ten years! Before today, this large European waterbird has been recorded at WWT Washington a total of three times. It was first recorded early in the site’s history, with an impressive party of five birds flying over site on 26 May 1976, followed by single birds during April 1996 and May 2007.
