Dunlin, Green Sandpipers, Common Sandpiper and Yellow Wagtail on the reserve

7 Green Sandpiper - marsh, scrape, including 4 birds flew over SW mid-morning
4 Common Tern - main lake
1 Yellow Wagtail - marsh, then flew in SE direction (may have landed again on marsh)
1 Hobby - over main lake
4 Little Grebe - scrape
1 Garganey - scrape
72 Gadwall - site count
13 Shoveler - scrape, main lake
11 Teal - scrape, main lake
Odonata: Common Darter, Ruddy Darter, Migrant Hawker, Brown Hawker, Four-spotted Chaser, Emperor, Lesser Emperor, Black-tailed Skimmer, Blue-tailed/Azure/Common Blue/Willow Emerald Damselflies, Banded Demoiselle.
Butterflies: Peacock, Comma, Small White, Large White, Green-veined White, Brimstone, Red Admiral, Speckled Wood, Holly Blue, Common Blue, Meadow Brown, Ringlet, Marbled White, Small Skipper, Large Skipper, Essex Skipper, Gatekeeper, Small Copper.
