WWT Llanelli Rainy Days
WWT Llanelli tickets booked in advance online for visits over the summer holidays are automatically covered by the Rainy Day Guarantee.
Should two hours of continuous rain fall on any day of the summer holidays (20 July - 1 September), the Duty Manager, who monitors the weather during adverse conditions, will declare the day an eligible date for the Rainy Day Guarantee.

How to claim your free ticket
To arrange your free return visit, please email info.llanelli@wwt.org.uk quoting your original booking reference. We will then check that your initial visit fell on a declared rainy day and issue you with a code for your return visit on another day. Please note that we aim to respond to your email within 72 hours.
Return Tickets are valid for use until 31st December 2024 (excluding Bank Holidays) and can only be used at WWT Llanelli.
