Examples of recent TripAdvisor reviews:

7 May - This is an attraction that constantly evolves and never disappoints.  The way the walks are set out, you can lose yourself for just a couple of hours, but head for the longer trails, taking your picnic and water and your full day speeds by.  Whilst it is a full twelve months since our last visit, we (myself, a 13yr old and an 8yr old) turned up a couple of weeks ago and noted a lot of change, not only to the landscaping, but also the array of lodgers to be found.  For some reason the otters decided to put on an impressive display of scratching their bellies, sliding in along in the mud (wellies are often a must here).  The nursery was pretty full with the new hatchlings and the staff are very informative and interact really well with the kids.

19 May - This is a really good place to visit for both young and old.  Great layout, lots and lots to see, you can buy food to feed the birds, which children absolutely love.  Staff are very informative with regular talks and games.  Hides are strategically placed all around for you to view.  You can take a picnic or they have a good restaurant.

26 May - Used to come here when my older children were small as, if you've a membership card, it’s a great mornings’ walk - see the birds, play in the park for free.  Great value across the year: this isn't just a summer venue.  It is indeed a great location families with very friendly and knowledgeable staff.  Lots of different birds to see as well as the otter feeding.  Great location for photographers with plenty of picture opportunities for flora too.
