Accessibility at WWT wetland sites
WWT’s nine Wetland Centres exist to fulfil founder Peter Scott’s vision of connecting people with nature, so we make it a principle that our Wetland Centres are accessible to everyone.
All nine of our Wetland centres fully cater for people with special accessibility requirements and we’re committed to making sure you have a great day here.
Facilities vary but all centres have accessible walkways, some step-free hides, wheelchair hire and accessible parking spaces and toilets. Whilst we don’t allow dogs on our sites due to concern for our birds, we do of course welcome assistance dogs.
In addition we have friendly and helpful staff, so if you need restaurant staff to carry a tray to your table or help open a gate – please just ask!
Please select your nearest site from the map below, to find out more about their accessible facilities.
