Wildlife sightings
Today's highlights were 3 Green sandpipers, over fly Greenshank, 2 Stoats near the Lapwing hide, 5 Grey wagtails feeding on the netting of the Icelandic pen and multiple sightings of the Kingfishers at various points around the reserve.
Amongst the small party of Swallows, including the four that have fledged from the reedbed hide, were one each of Sand martin and House martin from the Scrape hide.
