Latest Sightings - 14th July
A cooler start to the day, but the meadow is still alive with butterflies and dragonflies. The wildflowers are in bloom and it is well worth a walk along the mown path.
A Little Grebe has appeared on the Flood Ground this morning and there is still at least one Redstart at the Saltcot Merse Observatory.
Keep an eye out for a Roe Deer at the Avenue Tower with two fawns running around her.
The bridge at Bankend will be open until Monday, when it will be closed between 7am and 5pm. The diversion is via Dumfries.
