Latest Sightings 15th October - Green-winged Teal returns
The drake Green-winged Teal is back on the Folly Pond now and is halfway through his moult. The vertical white stripe is just visible on the side of the body and we have seen a metal ring on his right leg making us almost certain that this is the same bird we ringed last year!
Here you can just see the white stripe on his side and a very peachy wash to the breast.

Osprey Webcam
The winter webcam is now showing the Whooper Pond. The first few Whooper Swans have already shown up and later in the winter we enjoy the superb spectacle of up to 300 of them along with a variety of wild ducks and geese at feed times - 11:00 and 14:00 daily
