Latest Sightings - 27th October - change in the weather
Despite a change in the weather, all the usual suspects this morning. Plenty of Whooper Swans, Barnacle Geese and Pink-footed Geese going over the site.
The morning and evening flights of Pink-feet have been spectacular the past few days, with around 10,000 coming over Dumfries and down the River Nith to the Solway to roost for the night before heading back inland to feed in the morning. If you are in the town, do keep an eye on the sky around 5:30/6pm to see them coming in.

Osprey Webcam
The winter webcam is now showing the Whooper Pond. The first few Whooper Swans have already shown up and later in the winter we enjoy the superb spectacle of up to 300 of them along with a variety of wild ducks and geese at feed times - 11:00 and 14:00 daily
