Latest Sightings - Saturday 8th September
An overcast morning, but the Avenues are alive with birds.
The Swallows and House Martins are gathering on wires and on top of the swan pipe, ready for migration. A flock of Gold and Greenfinches are regularly feeding in the Wildlife Garden. A flock of Long-tailed Tits are doing a circuit of the Avenues. Three Mute Swans have arrived on the Whooper Pond along with 97 Mallards, a single Tufted Duck and two Little Grebe.

Unfortunately we have been experiencing problems with our Osprey camera this year. We hope to fix the problems before next summer. At the moment, the two Osprey chicks are still around the area but they will be heading south soon.
We aim to have Swan Cam and Badger Cam up and running soon.
