Named Whooper Update!

Please be aware, the B725 is closed at Brow Well bridge. If you are visiting from the Carlisle/Annan direction you have to come via Dumfries. The bridge has suffered severe damage due to recent flooding and may be closed for a significant amount of time.

Plenty of Whooper Swans have been arriving from Iceland every day. Over 30 were seen this morning across the site! Quite a few of The ringed swans spotted are unnamed, but the following named swans were sighted this morning:

Margaret Ruth (Orange YTC)
