Reserve Update Wednesday 25th April- Warblers and Osprey Egg!

There are plenty of warblers to be heard singing down the avenues, with at least 4 male Blackcap's on the way to Avenue Tower. Several Sedge Warblers and Willow Warblers have been heard/seen too.
The House Martins are flying around the Farmhouse Tower with a few investigating the old nests. The Swallows are also around, feeding on insects over the different ponds.

Our Osprey has finally laid her first egg! It was first seen on the webcam Monday morning! Hopefully she will lay another couple soon! You can keep a watch on our pair to see how they are getting on via the webcam link at the bottom of this page.

Today's high tide is at 09:15, 8.0m.
