We are pleased to announce the re-opening of our gallery space at WWT Caerlaverock Wetland Centre!
Our gallery is a respected exhibition space for a variety of high quality artwork. We encourage local artists and makers to exhibit new work inspired by the local area, its history, landscape and wildlife. We house many exhibitions throughout the year, including photography, art, sculpture and crafts.
Although the Coffee Shop is not currently open, we are providing take-away tea and coffee, cold drinks and snacks. The gallery space will be open to walk through with face coverings and 2m social distancing is required.
Stewartry Camera Club Exhibition
The Stewartry Camera Club will be exhibiting a range of stunning images of wildlife and the natural world, taken locally around Dumfries and Galloway. Some of the beautiful photographs were taken at WWT Caerlaverock itself with photographs of a water rail, red squirrel, frog, red kite, barnacle geese and many more.
Based in Ringford in Dumfries and Galloway, Stewartry Camera Club is home to a group of keen photographers from all over the region with a range of experience, from those just starting to develop their skills to seasoned professionals.
The exhibition runs daily from Sunday 13th September until Saturday 24th October 2020, 10am - 4pm.
Entry to the exhibition is free.
