Let your host, Tessa Ann from The Sound Healing Spa, guide you through a deeply relaxing journey with soothing singing bowls, gongs, drums, and her melodic voice. Paired with the natural calls of wildlife, this experience will leave you feeling rejuvenated and at peace.
What to Expect:
- Arrive early to soak in the stunning views of gardens, ponds, and Strangford Lough.
- Relax in the tranquil theatre space as you unwind to the healing sounds.
- Enjoy light refreshments afterward in the café to reflect and reconnect.
- The centre will close to the public at 5pm.
