Sam Allen exhibition
Sam Allen is an artist specialising in multimedia and oil paintings of wildlife and the world around her, always aiming to create art that speaks of strength and light, and highlighting hidden beauty in each subject she paints.
Each painting has a core of inner hope, a reminder of light in dark times which can be seen through uplifting imagery, vibrant colours and use of contrasts.
While always a creative person, Sam Allen initially pursued a career in Social Work while creating paintings in her spare time, due to her love and passion for people and caring for others. This fed heavily into her art in later years as a further way to shed light to those around her.
During a very challenging time in her life, Sam decided to dedicate more of her time to painting, completing a Mastery Programme with the Milan Art Institute. This improved her painting skills, knowledge and allowing her desire to bring hope, to shine through her work.
While painting in her home studio in Northern Ireland, Sam has the opportunity of observing the wildlife around her, inspiring a sense of hope, movement and wonder for each of her pieces. From the domestic to the exotic, Sam loves bringing each animal to life in a new and vibrant way.
