BTO Songbird ID Practice
Are you a wildlife enthusiast and would like to enhance your bird ID skills for the upcoming spring?
In this afternoon session, Gethin Jenkins-Jones will help you learn how to identify common Welsh birds by their plumage and songs. Packed with fun memory aids and activities, this event welcomes those of all ID abilities. Birds have long been a part of Welsh culture, inspiring songs, poems and literature and, likewise, we hope that in this session they’ll inspire you, and transform your time outdoors enjoying nature this spring.

- Cost: £10 (for members and non-members)
- Please bring your own binoculars if you have them, though we do have spares
- Dress for the weather on the day so you can practice surveying in comfort!
