A Wild Exhibition
The latest exhibition has been unveiled at WWT Martin Mere Wetland Centre by the Sefton Art Group: Wildlife.
Roy from the art group said: “We are delighted to be exhibiting at Martin Mere in October. The Sefton Art Group is one of the biggest art groups in the North West that meets weekly to engage in art and art activities. We are welcoming to anyone who is thinking of taking up art and would like to come along and visit one of our several weekly classes to find out more. As well as offering art classes to all abilities we encourage members to exhibit their work.”

Roy continues: “This exhibition is the culmination of months of preparatory work by members. Members visited Martin Mere in May to compile information using sketches, drawing and photographs. These will have been worked-up into finished art work which visitors can enjoy at the exhibition.”
The exhibition is located in the main foyer and a percentage of all sales comes straight to Martin Mere.
WWT Martin Mere Wetland Centre is open every day (except Christmas Day) from 9.30am to 4.30pm during winter months and parking is free of charge.
