Barnacle Geese
An interesting sight this morning with the arrival and departure of ~20 Barnacle Geese. Given recent poor weather in Scotland it's not impossible that these could be wild birds, but the possibility of feral ones can't be ruled out although they did look 'jumpy'.
Two Goosanders were still present this morning from the Ron Barker Hide. At least 1300 Teal and 700 Wigeon on the reserve.
