A Little Stint from the Ron Barker hide was the first site record of the year. Other waders included a Curlew Sandpiper, 2 Little Ringed Plover, 3 Whimbrel, 3 Curlew, 6 Dunlin, 42 Ruff, and about 60 Black-tailed Godwits. Swifts and hirundines are now well and truly back, with good numbers of all throughout the day. 2 Marsh Harriers showing regularly, along with Common Buzzard, Kestrel, and Sparrowhawk.
