First Snowdrop

I'm not going to tempt fate by saying spring is just round the corner as soon as the first Snowdrop is in flower (near the toilet block) along the Nature Trail...

New for this year Nuthatch on feeders near the Beaver Enclosure.

Also new, adult winter plumaged Mediterranean Gull in the afternoon from the Harrier Hide with Black-headed Gulls.  The year list is now on 92 species.

Green-winged Teal at the back of Vinson's from the Ron Barker Hide.

Raptors included 3 Peregrine, 4 Common Buzzard, 2 Sparrowhawk and Kestrel.

Treecreeper and Goldcrest with a Long-tailed Tit flock on the Nature Trail.

Brambling near the Kingfisher Hide.
