Milder

Milder today and a noticeable influx of waders with Dunlin, Redshank, 10 Oystercatcher,  Common Snipe(s), 12+ Black-tailed Godwit, 30+ Ruff and ~ 1000 Lapwing. Any day now we could be expecting the arrival of the first Avocet and Ringed Plover of the year.

Another Med Gull (above) with Black-headed Gulls. Different from the weekend bird, having much of the black hood coming through. The gull roost is building up nicely and we have also been seeing more Common and Herring Gulls coming through.

Tawny Owl again before the Kingfisher Hide.
