A crisp day, sunshine and a chilly breeze. Plenty of waterfowl activity still with thousands of ducks, geese and swans present.
Waders included 70+ Avocet, 80+ Oystercatcher, 30+ Black-tailed Godwit, 6 Ringed Plover, 2 Redshank and 85 Ruff, the later now moulting into summer plumage. Yesterday 15 Golden Plover.
Still 4 Marsh Harrier, Peregrine, 6 Common Buzzard, 2 Kestrel and 2 Sparrowhawk seen today.
